I have been a painter and artist my whole life. Through bad times and good times I have loved all aspects of painting as well as all the possibilities with art and business. In the back of my mind I have always dreamt of having a Gallery but never pursued it until now. As a painter I dove into the poster and licensing business with another publishing company where my posters were distributed to over 50 countries. In my first two years on the market I was selling record numbers of posters - I was selling fifty thousand units a month! Then on top of that, they licensed my images for products. I was and am known for the chefs and waiters around the world. My husband Tadd and I decided that we would handle licensing ourselves and to see if we could handle it. Well between the two of us both painting for publishing companies as well as art licensing - we have managed to do it all including fine art original paintings for Galleries.

A few months back we thought that we might have to move back to Bloomington due to our house not selling. While thinking about moving back, my one big regret was that we were in the perfect spot to open a Gallery on El Paseo in Palm Desert. This location is prime real estate in California. The street is like a mini “Rodeo Drive” with tons of art Galleries, restaurants and great shopping. The street is also lined with sculptures, palm trees, perfectly manicured flowers everywhere. With the mountains as a backdrop it is the most ideal climate for walking around in your shorts all day. Visitors come here from all over the world to simply holiday, for Golf vacations, to play or watch tennis. It has the famed Indian Wells tennis tournament as well as many high profile golf tournaments and golf courses. The area also has great hiking trails, running and biking paths, and more spas that you could possibly dream of.
